Project Resilience is a partnership of community members and organizations focused on building a healthy and resilient Carroll County. The project is based on the principles of primary prevention and seeks to create protective environments.

Our programming is focused on preventing traumatic events and experiences such as physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, neglect, substance abuse, and the negative effects of mental health challenges. In addition, we create opportunities to empower girls, engage men as allies, and increase educational and economic opportunities for women and girls.
